3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking

  • Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Scheduling

  • We strive to meet all scheduled appointments. However, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes to the scheduled appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Rates

  • We reserve the right to change our rates at any time, but will notify clients in advance of any rate changes.

4.2 Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept major cards in accordance with Stripe’s payment processes.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

5.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only if the service is not performed as agreed. Clients must notify us within 24 hours of the service if they are not satisfied.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe and non-hazardous environment for our staff.

  • Clients must ensure that valuable and fragile items are secured or removed from the areas to be serviced.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any damage to property that occurs as a result of our services unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or theft of property.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales,Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
